Privacy Policy
How Nashville Visual, LLC collects, uses, and protects your information. Effective September 23, 2026.
Nashville Visual, LLC (“Nashville Visual,” “we,” “us”) provides audio-visual equipment rental for meetings, conventions, trade shows, and private events in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect through nashvillevisual.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Quote requests. When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), event type, event date, and any details you share about your event.
- Newsletter sign-ups. When you join “Your Backstage Pass,” we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
- Direct contact. If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit the Site your browser automatically shares basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. This happens when the Site loads content from the service providers listed below (for example, map tiles and web fonts). We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your quote request and plan, deliver, and support your event.
- To send “Your Backstage Pass” emails if you subscribed.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
If you request a quote, we may also add you to our email list so we can follow up. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Email service provider (such as Mailchimp by Intuit) to store our mailing list and send newsletters.
- Website hosting and form handling providers that host the Site and deliver your quote request to us.
- Map and content providers that display parts of the Site, including OpenStreetMap (map tiles), Leaflet via unpkg (map software), and Google Fonts (typography). These providers may receive your IP address when the page loads.
- Our marketing partner, InGen AI Company, LLC, which builds and maintains the Site and helps manage our email and marketing on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Cookies and Analytics
The Site does not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. If we add website analytics in the future to understand how visitors use the Site, we will update this policy to describe it. You can control or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe: use the link at the bottom of any email, or email us and we will remove you.
- Access, correct, or delete: you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
- Do Not Track: because we do not track visitors across other websites, the Site does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Data Retention and Security
We keep quote and contact information for as long as needed to serve you, maintain our business records, and meet legal requirements. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults planning events. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to Other Sites
The Site links to other websites, such as our social media pages and Google reviews. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be posted clearly on the Site.
