Anzi Blue sits in Nashville with an interior that splits the difference between a live music room and a polished event venue. The walls are covered in a geometric tile pattern, the ceilings are open with exposed ductwork, and a low stage anchors one end of the room behind a full dark curtain. For a corporate gathering in the aviation industry, that stage became a clean presentation platform with some deliberate production choices.
What we brought in
The primary display was a large flat-panel screen mounted at center stage, running a branded presentation throughout the event. Below the stage deck, we lined up floor monitor wedges across the front edge to serve the speaking position and keep talent and presenters in the mix. Flanking the stage area, we positioned two line-array speaker stacks to cover the seated audience. The chairs were teal velvet with gold legs, arranged in rows directly in front of the stage, and a tech position was built out stage right where a crew member managed levels and the presentation feed.
Planning an event like this at Anzi Blue
The stage at Anzi Blue is low relative to the seating area, which is an asset for intimacy but requires attention to display height. A flat-panel on a floor stand or wall-mounted position works better here than a ground-level placement. The dark curtain behind the stage is clean and professional, but it will pull warmth from the room if the house pendant lights are the only source. Bring focused stage lighting if you want the presenter to read clearly on camera or to a live audience. The room has enough depth to benefit from stacked speaker systems rather than a single pair of tops. Account for that when you are quoting the job.
