Etch is one of Nashville's most recognized fine dining restaurants, sitting in the heart of downtown on Demonbreaux Street. Beyond the main dining room, the restaurant has private event space that works well for smaller corporate gatherings. The Intermezzo room is a compact, well-appointed private room, long enough for a formal dinner party but intimate enough that a modest display covers the whole table without any fuss.

For this pharma dinner meeting, the room was set with dark linen napkins, tall glassware and a large arrangement of pink flowers running down the center of the wood table. The guest count was small, and the presentation needs matched the scale of the room.

What we brought in

We set up a single 40-inch monitor on a floor stand at the head of the table. The stand positioned the screen at a height that worked for seated viewing across the length of the room. No rigging, no projector, no complex signal chain. The display handled slides and reference material cleanly for the group.

Planning a meeting like this at Etch

The Intermezzo room rewards a simple approach. The table seats a small number of guests, so a single monitor is the right call. Going larger risks crowding the room or pulling focus from the dining experience. If your agenda calls for content that everyone at the table needs to follow along with, a 40-inch display at the head of the table is enough. Bring the content pre-loaded and confirm screen input with the venue contact in advance. Setup and strike at Etch require coordination with the restaurant's private events team, so build lead time into your logistics on both ends.
