Char is a steakhouse on Hillsboro Pike in the Green Hills area of Nashville. The private dining space there reads immediately professional: red walls, warm pendant lighting with black drum shades and gold interiors, a long white-linen table set for a full group, and decorative letter panels flanking a wall-mounted television. The room already has a television on the wall, but a pharma industry client needed a dedicated presentation display they could control independently. That is where we came in.

What we brought in

The setup was a single 55-inch monitor on a floor stand, positioned at the head of the table and centered on the room. The stand keeps the screen at the right height for a seated audience without blocking sightlines. Salt and pepper grinders, napkin rolls and glassware were already staged at every place setting when we arrived, so we worked around the existing table setup and kept our footprint limited to the display and its stand.

Logistics worth knowing

We delivered at 10 AM and picked up the same afternoon, which is a common window for a daytime pharma meeting with a working lunch or mid-morning presentation. If you are planning a similar event at Char, that kind of same-day in-and-out works well here. The private room is compact enough that a single display covers the full group without needing additional screens or a more complex signal distribution setup. One monitor, one stand, one clean sightline from every seat.
